The Role
We are currently seeking Mechanical Fitters to join our Shutdown Crew for 2024 across various sites.

Glencore, Murrin Murrin (FIFO)
5th April to 16th April
Karara Mining Limited (FIFO)9th April to 18th April
Goldfields, St Ives (FIFO)
6th May to 10th May
Tronox Kwinana (DIDO)
13th May to 17th May
Tronox Kemerton (DIDO + Accommodation provided)
10th June to 16th June
BHP, Mt Keith (FIFO)
4th July to 8th July
Newmont, Boddington (BIBO + Accommodation provided)
9th July to 14th July
- 12 hour shifts | Days and Nights shifts available
- Rates:
- Days - $65.00 to $67.50 per hour (site dependent)
- Nights - $71.50 to $74.25 per hour (site dependent)
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Nationally Accredited Confined Space and Working at Heights
- Construction White Card
- Previous mining and/or shutdown experience is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical or drug & alcohol test
- Ability to complete online inductions (if required)
- Clean Shaven (some sites)
