About the role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Generation Technician to assist the team to maintain generation assets and to continue to ensure we're delivering reliable, safe, & quality power supplies to our customers in regional Marble Bar, Western Australia.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct maintenance activities & repairs.
• Ensure mechanical assets are operated & maintained.
• Contribute to the generation asset management plan.
• Undertake quality assurance checks.
• Provide switching, isolations & permitting for works packages.
• Participate in an on-call roster on a 1 week on 1 week of basis.

About you
In addition to sharing our passion, to be successful in this role you will have:

• Relevant mechanical trade qualification.
• Current C class drives license.
• Working knowledge of planning & scheduling
• Flexibility to travel regionally if required.
• Demonstrated experience in the maintenance & operation of reciprocating diesel fuelled power stations or similar.
