• site  The role of Mechanical Shutdown Planner at Fortescue involves coordinating and planning maintenance activities during shutdowns at the Solomon site.

This position requires effective communication with various departments, development of detailed work orders and instructions, and collaboration with team members to enhance planning processes. Reporting to

• Shutdown Planning Supervisor  Key Responsibilities Facilitate seamless communication with various departments to ensure effective coordination on shutdown work orders Develop comprehensive shutdown work orders and meticulous work instructions to streamline maintenance procedures Spearhead the development task lists, prioritising quality and precision in all maintenance activities Act as a liaison with peers across diverse disciplines, offering valuable expertise and support during project initiatives Collaborate with team members to continuously refine planning and shutdown management processes Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance & Planning A relevant trade qualification is preferred.

Project or Engineering background will be considered.
