About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to join our team.
The purpose of the role is to proactively lead and manage the team and resources to deliver the requirements in terms of safety, effective leadership, product delivery, and budget.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automation industry, including projects with process control systems, digital systems, and cyber security in the Oil and Gas, MMM, Defence, and Water Treatment sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Successfully deliver numerous E&IC projects, from small to large and complex, running in parallel
- Manage the full lifecycle of E&IC projects from concept, FEED, and design through to commissioning
- Drive the project team through effective leadership and clear communications
- Manage and interface with the supply chain during project delivery
- Manage compliance with Environment, Health and Safety, and Quality Management standards on projects
- Manage project risks, scheduling, and costs
- Track, forecast, and report on project performance
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Participate in tendering - cost estimating and proposal writing
About You
To succeed in the role, you will need a demonstrated history of:
- Proven ability to apply project management methodologies
- Understanding of contract negotiation and administration
- Excellent understanding of project accounting principles
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with Project Management Platforms to deliver projects
