This an incredible opportunity that will have you reporting into the Business Director with the support from the Chief Client Officer & Chief Operations Officer to really help shape the vision! You will deliver operational excellence and discipline across one of the key client accounts within the Starcom agency, ensuring cost and commercial delivery as well as management of all ongoing client workflow and ad-hoc client requests. The perfect role if you have high-level media investment and planning skills and are currently at director level. Your scope will include:
Drive overall governance & operational excellence across key accounts working primarily with Account Managers/Directors and craft capability. Sufficient Reporting Management and Inputs where required. Test and Learn management and accountability of key projects. Reach audit and POP - TV and Digital & specific questions. Oversee the actualisation of client plans and media tools. Overseeing Annual Finance Reporting and Yearly Close off. Monthly internal Starcom spot checking and auditing. Adhoc Requests examples - eg. Suppression Analysis, CPVIR, Competitive Reporting & MMM Monthly/Quarterly Savings Tracking - including monthly internal and monthly client summary Governance around all channels best-practice. Monthly Monitoring of CPMs - all channels. Identification and deployment around where can further automated. What you're looking for

What type of person will be successful in this role You'll possess:
Understanding of how a media agency works and extensive insight into media suppliers. Proven strategic acumen and point of view on the media and communications industry Exceptional understanding of productivity & auditing skills Ability to clearly convey information and ideas to individuals and teams in a way that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and engage with clients when required Strong attention to detail across all forecasting/deliverables and proven experience in exceeding client objectives.
