As the first point of contact for incoming requests from media outlets, you will have proven experience monitoring media inquiries and requests and an understanding of corporate communications and their role in the broader organization.
Your experience will be in-house or within the PR agency space.
What you will do
- Monitor all incoming media inquiries for the organization and respond or tirage accordingly.
- Work with other areas of the organization to assist in writing media releases and other communications.
- Write and distribute daily communications to the broader team and relevant areas throughout the organization.
You will have
- Highly developed understanding of the media relations landscapes within a corporate communication framework
- Demonstrated skills working with external media/ media agencies.
- Great attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience producing media releases
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to produce communications for various channels.
Technical experience
- Previous experience with Asana
- Working understanding of Meltwater
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Mail
