Media Insights Specialists at Isentia work across a number of categories, providing clients with high quality insights & reports around media impact, sentiment, brand monitoring & reputation analysis, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with our customers to understand what they need to know in order to make great business decisions
- Get deep into media data to work out what approach will best answer a customer’s question in a coherent & relevant way
- Write and present engaging reports that answer media-related questions that matter to our customers
- Continuously build strong relationships with internal teams & external stakeholders
- Manage research projects effectively to meet deadlines and ensure the highest quality deliverables
- You are analytical by nature and are genuinely interested in news and current affairs and recognise the pivotal role social media plays in today’s media environment.
- Experience in complex media data analysis and writing customised reports
- Experience with survey design and analysis
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and managing multiple projects at once, whilst still meeting deadlines
- Great communication & presentation skills
