Brand Manager - Darrell Lea

To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager . Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for championing the portfolio of Darrell Lea products and brand to strengthen our competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving & competitive category across the Australian marketplace. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Effectively develop, manage, and execute brand plans and marketing initiatives in relation to the Blocks, Bites (Bullets and BB’s) and Liquorice segments, in consultation with the Senior Marketing Manager, Darrell Lea
• Lead the development of ATL and BTL campaign plans in relation to Darrell Lea (seasonal, core range and new products)
• Project leader into New Product Development (NPD) 
• Work closely with cross-functional project team (internal and external stakeholders) for development and launch of new products.
• Championing brand image and activity across all channels
• Driving market analysis and category insights working collaboratively with the sales team

About you:

• Tertiary qualification ideally in Marketing or Business Management
• Minimum 2 marketing experience, preferably within FMCG business
• Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategy and coordination of market campaign launches.
• Experience in leading project teams
• Knowledge of marketing practice, the integration of functions within it and current practice in brand management.
• Computer literacy skill with ability to utilise Microsoft inclusive of Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management systems, preferably IRI Scan
• IRI/scan data experience
