The purpose of this role is to provide support process improvement initiatives across the service line. Working closely with the Service Line operations excellence team and market process teams to deliver process analysis, mapping and redesign. Applying basic lean six sigma, root cause analysis and kaizen skills, to assess process waste and develop business cases, SOPs and training manual for the market. Able to support the facilitation of interviews, workshops and trainings with market stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Media Investment Manager with experience in TV, OOH, Traditional ie. Print Media to move into a negotiation focused trading role with strong financial & stakeholder management.
The role:
As the Operations Manager, you are acting in support of the GM of Agyle - this role is responsible for effectively managing trade and supply with both media and agency partners, monthly revenue reconciliation, deal tracking and liaising with Billings to ensure Agyle revenue is accurately recorded. This role is also responsible for liaising with client teams and the effective incorporation of Agyle into media plans whilst acting as an internal point of contact for the business unit in conjunction with the GM.
Works as part of the wider Amplifi business unit, Dentsu’s Investment and Media Intelligence arm.
Core responsibilities:
- Primarily operates in a support function to the client teams
- Responsible for reviewing media plans and advising teams of the amount of available Agyle supply and confirming savings approximations
- Occasionally required to represent Agyle in client meetings
- Responsible for negotiating trade % with partners where exceptions are required, or a savings target has been quantified
A bit about you:
- Must have working knowledge of Spectra MD and good understanding of the media booking and reconciliation process
- Base knowledge of media trading required with some media owner experience
- Effective time management skills given multiple stakeholders – client teams, media owners, finance and billings
