Inclusive Lifestyle is a registered NDIS support provider that supports people living with disabilities. We provide exceptional person-specific support based on empathy, trust, insight, and inclusion. Our small business began in April of 2020 with the sole aim of supporting a young man with complex health and behavioural needs. Using the unique strategies we developed to support him, we have now grown to support over 20 participants.

About You
You need to

- Have or be pursuing a Bachelor of Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Diploma holders & final-year students in these fields are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in marketing or a similar role is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the disability industry is appreciated.
- Familiarity with graphic & video design software, such as the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Canva, is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization's programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and their needs.
- Create engaging and informative content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and stakeholders.
