AddressISOTTA Prime Fund Manager located in Adelaide, South Australia is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to help promote and enhance the reach of the business.
The Marketing Assistant will bring marketing and promotional skills to the ISOTTA Prime business across a variety of social media and web-based platforms. Together with the Fund Manager, the Marketing Assistant will develop marketing strategies, manage the brand identity, assist with event planning, edit, create and post promotional content and create business-related reports, submissions and presentations.
Presently, this position is being offered as a part-time position, either 3 days per week on average, or 24 hours spread across the week, which can be negotiated and agreed in advance.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The right candidate must:
- Demonstrate previous marketing experience.
- Be familiar with the various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Be familiar with editing and presentation software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro or equivalent.
- Be familiar with updating websites with regular new content.
- Be familiar with event planning.
- Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to understand the business, the business aims and the aims of its business partners and act in accordance with their interests.
- Be willing to learn on the job and grow into the role.
- Have exceptional organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities and to deliver to deadlines.
- Show initiative, be self-motivated and see tasks through to completion in a timely and efficient manner.
- Be confident and professional when engaging with staff, clients, industry and business partners.
- Work with discretion and confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Social Media and Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, optimising company pages and nurturing online community engagement. Reporting to the Fund Manager, you will be executing social media content across various channels and assisting the team with marketing events and projects.
- Collaborate with the Fund Manager and other staff to assist in developing our social media strategy, campaigns and initiatives to increase our social presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Fund Manager and other staff to assist on business related submissions and presentations.
- Manage and update the day to day running of social media channels and platforms.
- Keep up to date with social media trends to expand our reach and audience.
- Create content from photos, videos, images or other project documents and edit them in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Premier Pro as appropriate.
- Assist with event planning and management.
- Promote the ISOTTA Prime brand to increase its reach and appeal.
- Assist with marketing and promotional material for other related businesses and organisations that ISOTTA Prime has an interest in.
