Remuneration
This position operates under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Award 2010 on a level 3 or 4 depending on qualifications and experience ($36.00/hr - $44.68/hr)

About The Role
Working as part of our team some key responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Provide mediation and conflict resolution support for individuals or families to help resolve disputes and develop parenting plans or mutual agreements.
- Conduct initial intake and assessments for clients to determine suitability for mediation.
- Provide Information and support to families and individuals seeking assistance with relationship difficulties.
- Support clients in referral pathways in accessing required services.
- Provide a holistic, person-centred and child-focused mediation service.
- Maintain caseloads and benchmarks at all times.

Essential Criteria
- Relevant Industry experience or qualifications - registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of family Dispute Resolution processes and techniques.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, communication and written skills, including the ability to prepare documents, set goals and maintain a positive approach in working with families, individuals and groups to achieve these goals within an established timeframe.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute actively as a member of a practice team
- A satisfactory Working With Children Check and National Police Records Check
- Current NSW drivers license and the ability to travel as past of the role.
