About the role
In this position you will be involved in all the day-to-day administrative functions of the clinic, working closely with all clinical and broader team members to fulfil the Newlife IVF clinic vision.
What does the role involve
- Providing genuine care and support to our patients through their IVF journey
- Reception duties including greeting patients and attending to incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Registration of new patients, scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Ensuring compliance and consent requirements met
- Management of patient documents
- Patient and general enquiries
- Accepting payments and receipting
- Providing administration support to our doctors and the wider team
- Adhering to relevant health and safety standards
- Adhering to standard operating procedures
- Working in a team and prioritising team goals
- Applying ethics, integrity and critical thinking
Applicants must be available to work different shifts during business hours of 7.00am – 5.00pm weekdays. Some Public Holiday work will be required, which is scheduled on a rotating roster.
About you
Ideally you will bring
- Previous experience working within an IVF or Healthcare setting
- A desire to be part of a team that focuses on individuals and outcomes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise efficiently
- Proficient computer literacy skills
- Focus and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
