I-TeleRAD, I-MED's teleradiology reporting service has been established exclusively for the purpose of providing teleradiology reporting services to both private and public medical facilities across Australia. It is one of the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting services operating in Australia.
Position: Permanent Part-Time Overnight Administrator
Shifts Available:
- 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
- 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Schedule: Work 7 days on, followed by 7 days off.
Location: Enjoy free parking at our conveniently located office in Mt Waverley!
What You will Do:
- Nighttime Efficiency: Handle paperwork, data entry, and document management efficiently.
As an Overnight Administrator your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that paperwork is processed accurately, data is entered seamlessly, and documents are organised efficiently. - Customer Service: Assist late-night inquiries with a smile.
Whether it's a late-night phone call or an email, you will be the friendly voice on the other end. Helping our hospital departments with their queries, providing exceptional service even during the wee hours. - Collaborate: Work closely with other night staff for seamless operations.
