Requirements
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a medical Reception/Administration environment.
- Genie/Gentu experience preferred.
- Ability to start early and finish late (7.30am/8:00 am and 7:00pm) for necessary shifts
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be apart of a great team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Strong time management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors
- Triage phone calls and booking appointments appropriately
- Processing billing and payments, using medical software. Genie/Gentu/Cliniko - experience not necessary
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation
- Following up patient scans and results prior to patient appointments
- Ensuring all rooms are stocked required equipment
- Facility support
- Provide admin support to Business Manager and PA as required
- Adhoc admin duties as required
