Medical Coordinator Assistants will assist our Medical Coordinators in providing Australian Defence Force (ADF) candidates excellent service as they progress through the medical and psychological components of the Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) process.
Reporting to the DFR Team Lead Medical Coordinator, the successful candidate will be based in Osborne Park Clinic, WA
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with candidates
- Assisting with booking appointments
- Obtaining further medical evidence when required
- Managing the reminders for attendance of bookings
- Being the point of contact for candidates and our clinical team
- Invoicing
- General administration including inbox management
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:
An eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients
- Experience working in a healthcare/medical setting
- Current Working With Children Check
