Barwon Medical Imaging provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic services including X-Ray, OPG, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, Angiography, Hybrid Angiography/CT, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine. These are performed by a team of highly skilled radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses and support staff who ensure that all patients have access to quality services.
As the Radiographer Gr 2 Radiographer you will work alongside other radiographers in providing Medical Imaging services that includes X-Ray, CT and/or other specialist modalities.
Medical imaging is equipped with state of the art equipment across all modalities and sites.

Essential: As required under the Radiation Act 2005 the Radiographer / MIT must hold current registration with the Medical Radiation Technologists Board of Australia (MRTBA) under the auspices of AHPRA
Essential: Victorian Government, Department of Health, Radiation 'Use Licence'.
Essential: Tertiary qualification recognised by the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT) - e.g. Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiations (RMIT)
Essential: Competent in wide variety of x-ray examinations
Essential: Competent in CT and or other specialist modality
