AddressWe are seeking a committed Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client’s busy medical centre. This pivotal role ensures efficient and effective service delivery to both doctors and patients.
The Practice Manager will lead their reception and nursing staff, manage financials, and maintain patient records, ensuring the Medical centre runs smoothly. This role includes usual Monday to Friday shifts with rare weekend work, and offers flexible working hours between 8 AM and 6:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the reception and nursing teams.
- Facilitate the delivery of services and care to the community.
- Manage financial aspects and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
About You:
- Hands-on leader with alignment to our core values.
- Strong supporter of team collaboration and patient care.
- Experienced in practice management and customer service.
- Familiarity with 'Best Practice' medical software is desirable.
- Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications.
- Proven leadership, multitasking, and time management skills.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in practice management, particularly in a medical setting.
- Ability to develop and maintain quality working relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
