Located in a beautiful boutique clinic setting in Melbourne’s inner western suburbs, we offer specialized maternal health psychiatry and child psychiatry amongst other special focuses.
The vacancy
The Village Family Mental Health Specialists now has a vacancy for a front desk Medical Receptionist on a permanent, part time basis for immediate start. The clinic is open Monday to Friday with the current vacancy on Tuesday & Friday totalling 17 hours per week but with scope for increase for leave cover, future increase in hours as well as roster changes.
An ideal candidate must be flexible to work other days for leave coverage & roster rotation where applicable.
Remuneration is above award.
Our ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate is someone with strong attention to detail & exceptional customer service skills. A preferred minimum of 2 years experience in a specialist or GP practice, who is compassionate and efficient, communicates transparently with colleagues, management and directors and is seeking a long term appointment in a friendly and supportive environment.
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Strong ability to work autonomously & multitask in a busy reception setting
- Experience using Best Practice Medical records software, but not essential
- Familiarity with Tyro and MBS and other billing schedules, but not essential
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office , particularly outlook
- Permanent residency with rights to work in Australia
- Must provide a copy of Covid vaccinations
- Must provide a copy of police check & WWC check
