Doctor owned General Practice located in Belgrave. We are looking for a proactive and motivated Medical Receptionist with good customer service skills with a cheerful and professional personality who can work within a team environment.
About your role:
- Manage appointments, onsite and bookings received via phone and emails
- Management of medical paperwork and appointments with Doctors and Nurse
- Processing Medicare billing
- Any other office administration duties as directed
- Best Practice experience would be highly desirable
