We are based in a beautiful part of Melbourne with easy access to parking, tram and train.
Qualifications & experience
- 2 years + in similar role Specialist Practice
- Experience with practice software Genie or Gentu
- Happy, energetic and welcoming personality
- Strong English/grammar/spelling and Maths
- Strong IT skills Mac, Office 365 incl PDF Expert, Word, Excel
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer service
- Meet and greet
- Appointment book management
- Invoicing and receipting
- Telephone
- Email management
- Some stock management
- Opening and closing of practice
- Liaising with service providers such as IT and phone company, some suppliers
- End of day banking reconciliation
