Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing medical centre.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Booking appointments in person and over the telephone
- Invoicing and processing of payments
- General administration and office duties
- Managing referrals and other correspondence
- Providing administrative support to practice manager and doctors
- Liaising with in-house allied health professionals
Qualifications and Experinece
- Previous experience in GP rooms or similar advantageous
- Experience with Pracsoft/Medical Director, Best Practice or Zedmed
- Certificate III in Health Administration highly regarded
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Work well in a team as well as independently
Must be available to cover a variety of shifts between 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and be available to cover annual leave and sick leave as required.
