An opportunity has arisen to join the fabulous admin team at Advantage HealthPoint Medical Centre!
Advantage HealthPoint is located in Bairnsdale, Victoria. We currently have GPs, a psychologist and podiatrist working together, supported by a fantastic administration team.
We are currently expanding our medical team, and thus an opportunity has arisen to join our administration team. This role is a customer-focused one, and includes undertaking billing, making appointments, taking phone calls, and importantly, communicating with health professionals. It is a fast paced environment and requires the ability to multi task on a daily basis.

Education, Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in use of keyboard/computer
- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
Desirable
- Previous experience in a general practice/medical environment
Hours of Work
- The earliest you will be required to start work is 8.00am and the latest finish time is 6.30pm. At times it is expected that our staff work together to cover shifts, and you may need to work extra time on occasions if this is required to deliver essential patient care.
