This role is fundamental in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise of delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 4.21pm.Your key responsibilities:Welcoming patients to our clinics and completing the arrival processCompleting the patient post-appointment billing process and other in-clinic dutiesInteracting with patients and referrers to schedule a range of medical imaging appointmentsResponding to calls & enquiries in a timely, professional, and caring mannerProviding excellent customer service and patient care, whilst minimising patient effortDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managersTo be successful in this role you will have:Strong customer service skills, including active listening and objective questioningDemonstrated customer service experience, previous medical reception experience is highly regardedDemonstrated advanced experience using multiple programs simultaneously and systems navigationDemonstrated initiative and willingness to learnExcellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentStrong attention to detailWorking for Jones Radiology offers you:Competitive remuneration and benefits!
