Casual Medical Receptionist - Approx 10Hrs Per Week

We are seeking a confident and friendly Medical Receptionist to join a growing, vibrant Physio Practice in Darwin CBD. 

We are looking for a casual team member to work approximately 10hrs per week. Maybe to fit around your other interests, work or studies?

As our receptionist you will be responsible for:

Appointment scheduling

Answering phones calls

Managing emails

Office organisation - keeping the practice tidy and organised, including stock control and management and filing (electronically and manually) 

Administration 

Processing payments (including HICAPS)

Patient management - managing patient requests and appointments

As our Receptionist you will need to have:

Great communication skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Pro-active and professional attitude

Good computer skills

Previous reception experience preferred but not essential
