Medical Receptionist

Randstad has the opportunity to work with diverse Medical Organisations throughout Perth, WA.

Explore temporary positions across various medical clinics in the medical field , spanning 1 to 12 months, with the potential to extend and permanent opportunities are available also.

These positions often require full time availability, Monday - Friday, 38 hour weeks. If you are looking for part time opportunities we still encourage you to apply.

Where our vacancies are located:

Midland, Beechboro, Leedeville, Subiaco, Nedlands, East Perth, Perth CBD, Joondalup, Murdoch etc

Responsibilities;

• Managing all patient bookings and ensuring the smooth day to day running of patient clinics
• Warmly welcome and assist patients at the front desk, handling registrations and inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end patient visits, including invoicing, payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Coordinate clinical appointments via phone and email.
• Juggle multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Health Funds
• Participate in weekly debrief meetings with the practice principal for problem-solving and updates
• Answer all phone calls, emails and other correspondence, filling appointments, creating client appointments, invoicing (process all payments by eftpos), and processing Medicare rebates and private health claims.
• Creating and refining business processes and procedures, day-to-day oversight of the two clinics, including housekeeping.
• Ensure environments are work ready, maintain a clean, well-resourced, and friendly atmosphere for both clients and clinicians.

Key Details;

• Open to hours of, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 8:00pm. Flexibility is required with start and finish times to meet clinic requirements.
• Attractive hourly rate of $30-35/hr + super
