Next Generation Occupational Medicine is pleased to invite applications for a full time Medical Receptionist. The practice is expanding and building the team to support a busy occupational medicine practice. The successful candidate will be flexible with working arrangements but be able to work 5 days per week.
Next Generation Occupational Medicine is supported by a dedicated, professional and caring group of administrative and clinical professionals. As the practice grows, so too does the need to increase the reception team’s capacity to deliver the high standard of care and service the practice is committed to providing.
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Patient centred – focused on providing personalised service to patients and families
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week between our 2 Clinics.
- Proficient in the use of information technology (ZMed preferred) and communication systems
- A minimum of 12 months experience working in a private medical specialist practice.
- Good communication skills
- A can-do attitude and initiative
- A warm, friendly, respectful and professional manner
- Strong listening skills and the ability to proactively manage their workload
- Collaborative and cooperative within a team.
