About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected team at Ramsay Clinic Northside as a
Medical Receptionist.In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service in the coordination of administration functions.This will involve, but is not limited to, providing support and assistance to the administrative and clinical teams, patients and relatives, by coordinating the clerical requirements for patients from admission to discharge along with directly manning the front reception of the hospital.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, including high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work flexibly, and strong computer skills will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.You will also bring:
- Previous medical administration experience is essential, with reception experience being highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a team and without direct supervision.
- Exceptional typing/keyboarding skills.
- Experience with Patient Management Systems will be ideal for this role.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
RemunerationClerk Grade 5 Year 2 - $35.34 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
