SalaryJoin our team at Kingston Beach Health Centre, a vibrant multi-disciplinary Allied Health Practice located just moments away from the beautiful beach and bustling restaurants. We're currently seeking an efficient and reliable casual receptionist to fill our team.
Position: Casual Receptionist
Hours: Minimum 1 full day per week, plus additional short shifts
Location: Kingston Beach Health Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Greet clients and manage appointments
- Process payments and manage patient inquiries (face to face/telephone)
- Maintain patient information database with accuracy
- Support Allied Health staff with instrument processing and sterilisation
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and general office duties
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Familiarity with Cliniko Practice Management Software and Hicaps terminal is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks under pressure
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail
- Must be sufficiently vaccinated and adhere to mask requirements in the workplace as required
