Medical Receptionist

We are currently seeking 2 dedicated Medical Receptionists to join our team. Hours are negotiable, with an immediate start for the right person.Who are we?
At Peel Urology Group, we pride ourselves on our reputation of compassionate care and excellent service. We provide high quality urology care to our patients at 3 locations - Murdoch, Rockingham and Mandurah.As a Medical Receptionist, you will work closely with Dr Yip and other members of the administration team to:

• Handle face-to-face and over the phone patient registrations, bookings, triage and queries as the first point of contact within the clinic.
• Maintain detailed patient and medical record
• Receive payments, issue receipts, complete all billing and invoicing for patients.
• Operate our medical software and booking system
