Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)
- Greeting patients
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments
- Patient billing
- Scanning information onto the system
- Updating medical records and patient
information - Supporting practice manager and doctors whilst working as part of a team.
Skills & Attributes-
- Proficient Computer skills- Knowledge of Best Practice/HotDoc.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Professional & personable telephone manner
- Multi-tasking, initiative and problem-solving skills
- A sense of urgency, compassion, and professionalism
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday as well as on weekends.
