Medical Receptionist - Casual Position Only.

Position Overview 

Working in a new medical clinic, working along-side a friendly reception team to assist GPs, Nurses and Specialists with their daily reception tasks. You can ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice and provide an exceptional standard of care to patients.
3 set shifts starting April (then ongoing) with some available shifts during March, covering sick days + 2 days training in March. 

Duties: 
Duties included but not limited to: 
- Open and close procedures (including general tidying)
- Greeting and welcoming patients face to face
- Great phone manner 
- Booking, schedule management, email correspondence, scanning and allocating
- Taking payments. 

Requirements: 
- Previous experience preferred, not required. 
- Must be able to work morning shifts starting 7:30am, or evening shifts closing 7:30pm. 
- Flexible availability preferred to assist in sick / leave days.
