Fullarton Specialists is a new, architecturally designed suite that accommodates a range of medical specialists to provide quality, local medical consultations to patients in the Eastern suburbs.
Current requirement to work 3-4 alternating days a week. May be required to work different days to cover staff leave. Must be able to work well with existing administrative staff.
Qualifications & experience
- Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ideal candidate will have experience with medical software. Clinic to Cloud an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with 100% electronic practice
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to work autonomously and alone intermittently
- Booking appointments, confirming appointments
- Medicare/DVA billing and receipting
- Surgical/assist billing
- Following up on debtors
- Data entry for new referrals
- Monitoring incoming referrals and uploading to software
- Typing
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Ensure smooth operation of consulting sessions
- Communicate with all patients, staff and other services in a courteous manner
