AddressNorthern Eye Surgeons is seeking a Medical Receptionist for an immediate start to cover personal leave, 3 days a week, for approximately 6 months. You would be required to work Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm. Previous medical reception experience is preferred.
Northern Eye Surgeons is a busy, well established Ophthalmology practice in Edgewater.
Job responsibilities and requirements:
- Greeting patients
- Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with general enquiries
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Invoicing and receipting of patient accounts
- Scanning and filing
- Managing email enquiries
To be considered for this role, we prefer:
- Recent previous medical reception experience working in a busy medical rooms
- High level of computer literacy
- VIP software experience preferred
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
