Medical Receptionist

Ocean Wave Medical is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced receptionist to compliment our wonderful reception team. GP Medical Experience essential to join this family owned, busy, modern, mixed billing practice. Offering 3 days a week with possibility of more, with rotating Saturday morning. You are the face of the business. You must have a happy disposition and be able to handle our busy environment and make our patients feel welcome and support our Doctors and Nurses.

Answering phone, making appointments, billing, invoicing of accounts, eftpos machine, Medicare and DVA bulk billing claiming, faxing, scanning plus many more varied jobs.
