- It is ESSENTIAL that you bring experience in working in medical rooms using medical software and have good computing skills. Previous experience in surgical specialists rooms, preferable but not a must.
- Excellent communication skills with both patients and doctors.
- Flexibility and a willingness to help when needed.
- The ability to work harmoniously within a team environment and work independently.
- A very high level of organisational and time management skills.

Tasks & responsibilities
- A wonderful opportunity is awaiting you as a part-time Medical Secretary for a single specialist surgical practice. This role is offered as permanent part-time, for 2-3 days per week. Your new role will involve:
- Organise appointments for new and follow up patients.
- Prepare and maintain patients’ electronic files.
- Collect relevant documents from hospital, radiology or pathology providers.
- Organise tests and Prepare Theatre lists.
- Close liaison with specialists, GPs and hospitals.
- Meet and greet patients and take payments from them.
- Maintain proper documentation of communication.
