Our Lumus Imaging team based in Caboolture have multiple opportunities for a Medical Receptionist to join their patient centred clinic.
We are on the lookout for both a Part Time and a Casual Medical Receptionist to support the high volume of patients who visit us every day, and to help us continue to provide the best service and care to each one of them. Our centre supports a wide range of patients, including managing many e-referrals for imaging services such as X Rays and Ultrasounds.
As a Casual team member shifts will be rostered between Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturdays during daytime business hours. Penalty loadings apply to this role.
As a Part Time team member you would have set roster of 53.5 hours; 7 days per fortnight working Mon, Tues, Weds Thurs and the following week Mon, Weds and Thurs.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
