4 X Project Engineer

Opportunity to work across Complex Public Sector Projects with a Well-established team.

Your new company

Our client is a North Brisbane Based Public Sector Organisation. They are looking to engage multiple Project Engineers to provide specific project management and lifecycle advice on civil construction projects whilst also supporting the contract delivery including surveillance of the construction process.

Your new role

In your new role you will be providing support to the project managers in order to implement and maintain project controls, assisting with the delivery of complex Projects. The role also involves providing support through the whole project life including design, procurement and delivery.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Prepare project reports including updates on project status and procurement recommendations.
• Assist with co-ordination of construction issues
• Provide construction surveillance and auditing of projects
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide oversight to the team in order to achieve a high performance

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you will have considerable experience working in a position managing complex construction projects as well as knowledge and understanding of quotation documents, design drawings, specifications and schedules:

You will also have the following:

• Degree in civil engineering or project management or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Construction Induction Card competency that has been used or obtained within the past 2 years.
• Current C class driver's licence
