We are currently seeking experienced Medical Receptionists, to join our team at Western Haematology and Oncology Clinic in West Perth.

About Western Haematology and Oncology Clinic (WHOC)
Western Haematology and Oncology Clinic is a purpose-built clinic with excellent facilities, specialising in cancer care services in the Perth area for over 20 years. The clinic was designed with patient involvement and all 14 treatment bays have a view of the park which links to our wellness through cancer care philosophy. We offer onsite specialist consulting suites, onsite pathology collection and laboratory, onsite compounding pharmacy, Perth Blood Institute clinical trials unit and allied health services (including Dietician, Physiotherapy and Clinical Psychology).
About the Role:
This role will see you working collaboratively with both the administrative and clinical teams, as well as liaising with our Support Offices.
- Casual opportunity
- Flexible roster, Monday to Friday, between 16 and 38 hours a fortnight
- Ensure a high level of patient and visitor care
- Ensure all patient documentation is completed accurately
- Ensure patient accounts are invoiced, receipted and reconciled
- Manage bookings
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across all areas of the hospital
About You:
You have a genuine passion for providing world-class customer and patient care and want to add value to Australian healthcare. You will have:
- Solid experience in an administrative role
- A high level of computer / technical skills particularly Microsoft Office
- A background in hospital administration preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A true commitment to delivering high quality customer service
