AddressWe are seeking a highly motivated experienced Medical Receptionist part-time, approximately 30 hours a week to work in our well established practice in Subiaco.
Experience with medical software, Genie and eclipse preferred, Medicare, DVA, Workers compensation accounts and private hospital billings are preferable.
The role will involve:-
- Answering telephone in a polite and friendly manner
- Attending and actioning emails and faxes
- Managing appointment scheduling
- Invoicing and receipting payment
- Managing Recall list
- Supporting Specialists as required
- Ability to cover annual and sick leave is required
