Medical Receptionist

We are currently seeking 2 dedicated highly motivated Medical Receptionists to join our team. Hours are negotiable (3-4 days per week), with an immediate start for the right person.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will work closely with our Urologist, Dr Yip and other members of the administration team to:
 

• Handle face-to-face and over the phone patient registrations, bookings, triage and queries as the first point of contact within the clinic
• Maintain detailed patient and medical record 
• Run and maintain a friendly and efficient practice
