AddressWe are looking for a casual Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team of Doctors and allied health professionals. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.
We are a dedicated team in a bulk billing clinic in Beenleigh. We have an attached dental clinic and pathology collection centre as part of our building.
We are looking for a genuine and compassionate team player, with the following attributes:

- Professional telephone manner, confidently handling calls and enquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, using excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Show initiative
- Well presented, punctual and reliable
- Proficient computer skills
- Best Practice software experience highly desirable but not necessary
Duties to include:
- Meet and greet patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Patient invoicing and payments
- General admin duties including scanning, emailing, faxing, post
- General support to doctors, nurses and practice manager
- General light cleaning
Position is for 25hrs in a variety of shifts throughout the week, including Saturday mornings, with flexibility to cover sick and holiday shifts as needed.
Casual position, with opportunity to change to permanent part time in the future.
