Form of workHillarys Medical Centre is looking for a customer focused Medical Receptionist to join our busy Practice.
- P/time (15-20hrs per week)
- Mon 1pm to 6pm
- Wed 8am to 2pm
- Fri 12pm - 6.30pm
- Sat 8.30-12.30 (alternate)
Essential Criteria:
- ability to relate to all age groups
- well developed customer service skills both on phone & front counter
- interest in health & wellness of our patients
- must show empathy when dealing with our patients
- ability to multi task throughout the day
- delivery of a quality service to our doctor, nurses & patients
- proven computer literacy
- ability to use your initiative when placed in a busy situation
- reliability & flexibility
- must be able to cover the above hours
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential and we offer training in our Medical computer program.
