Role Description
Permanent PT or FT role for Medical Receptionist. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks in our medical practice. These tasks include appointment scheduling, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, performing receptionist duties, utilizing medical terminology, and assisting with medical office operations. This is an on-site role located in Sydney, NSW.
Essential Criteria
Proficient in phone etiquette
Understanding of medical terminology
Experience in a medical office setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus
Previous experience with Best Practice or equivalent
