We need two central superstars. Due to two internal promotions within the team, we need two receptionists to cover our northern and Central locations of Joondalup, Mt Lawley, Nedlands and Perth. The Role
The role can be busy, coordinating phones, managing outpatient clinics, bookings, as well as inpatient requests as required. Organisation and adherence to protocol is the key, attention to detail in all aspects is a must. Our receptionists are the front line and provide the first point in contact when it come to our patients’ experiences with our company as we well as for external refers. We are a busy practice so you will need to think on your feet, be flexible in your approach to work, and be extremely organised.
We provide services in multiple locations. We cover leave and other absences internally, so flexibility is required. Sometimes this means that we care for our patients outside of ‘normal’ business hours, but this flexibility is reciprocal. You’ll be challenged, acknowledged, developed and thanked for your efforts if you join us.

Skills
We are a paperless practice so you'll need good computer skills, and experience in using a database or practice software will be an advantage. Previous nursing, dental or medical admin background is preferred along with a desire to learn and expand your knowledge. If you can demonstrate all of the essential skills and qualities in an alternative administration environment and show a commitment to educating yourself, we’ll happily consider you for the role.
