We are an established speciality Neurology practice conveniently located across the road from the Royal North Shore Hospital campus with excellent public transport access.
We seek an enthusiastic, dynamic, and committed Medical Secretary.
Medical reception background and a knowledge of Genie practice software desirable.
Duties and responsibilities of the role include:
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service on the telephone and in meeting and greeting patients
• Management of all patient demographics, appointments, correspondence, and accounts
• Scheduling appointments, and hospital admissions
• Managing patient payments, invoicing, inpatient hospital billings
• Daily banking and reconciliations
• Providing administrative support to practice Neurologists
Your Skills & Knowledge
• Accountability and patient focused
· High level of customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and communication skill
· High level of organizational skills
· You work well within a team environment, but can also work independently
· Health science undergraduate student applications welcome.
