Qualifications & experience
- Previous medical reception experience
- Experience with Genie and Gentu medical software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception duties including but not limited to: Patient phone calls and enquiries
- Meeting and greeting patients.
- Co-ordinating appointments-Patient bookings and effective diary management
- Electronic document management in a paperless practice
- Patient billing-Medicare, DVA, Eclipse online patient claims,Third Party Workers Compensation Claims
- Administrative support to doctors and other health professionals within the practice
