About the Role:
- Manage patient bookings and maintain electronic records in a streamlined, paperless setting.
- Handle patient inquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure seamless office operations.
- Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, receipting accounts, and processing Medicare and other billings.
- Provide top-notch administrative support to a team of medical professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients
Our Ideal Candidate would be:
- Experienced in medical reception, with proficiency in Genie and Gentu software.
