Medical Warehouse Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, including managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment in a Medical Warehouse.

This role operates Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm, although we request flexibility, where we also offer a 10% bonus structure.

• Provide leadership for all Warehouse Team Members on an assigned shift
• Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels with SAP
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse facility
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed by staff
• Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and feedback as needed

• Previous experience in a supervisory role (experience from alternative industries are invited to apply)
• Exposure to warehouse management systems, warehouse operations/logistics and SAP experience is beneficial
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and coach staff members
