What You Can ExpectYou will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, including managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment in a Medical Warehouse.
This role operates Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm, although we request flexibility, where we also offer a 10% bonus structure.
How You'll Create Impact- Provide leadership for all Warehouse Team Members on an assigned shift
- Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels with SAP
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse facility
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed by staff
- Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Previous experience in a supervisory role (experience from alternative industries are invited to apply)
- Exposure to warehouse management systems, warehouse operations/logistics and SAP experience is beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and coach staff members
