About the Job:
We are seeking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Victorian State Manager, you’ll be responsible to lead and manage the Victorian warehouse (Altona).
Your focus will be on the continual improvement of our distribution warehouse, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service, every time.
- Organising of supervision of warehouse operations: Goods Inwards / Goods Outwards picking and packing. Co-ordinating drivers runs and external carriers.
- Responsible for setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Close liaison with the sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications for Warehouse Supervisor / Manager
- Warehouse supervisor or management experience
- Thorough understanding of warehouse operations
- Forklift Licence
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
